These terms apply to your use of Houndkeep.com and to every order you place. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock problems, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment made.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time, but not for orders already confirmed. We accept iDEAL and major credit cards, including Mastercard. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Prices include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.
Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes, such as newsletter codes, have no cash value and may be limited to one use per customer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined with other offers. We may end a promotion at any time, but not for orders already placed.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
Product information
We try to show our products accurately. Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly because items are handmade or hand-measured. Please follow any age and safety instructions on the product or its packaging.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, videos and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reuse or distribute it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control.

Our site may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it.
