Choosing a size: measure around your dog's head with a soft tape measure, over both ears and under the jaw, and send us that measurement with your dog's breed and weight. We'll tell you which size to order.

Safe use: fit it snug but comfortable, so two fingers fit under it, with both ears fully inside. Never cover your dog's nose, mouth or eyes. Stay with your dog while they wear it, never leave it on unattended or overnight, and take it off if your dog tries to remove it or seems uncomfortable. Keep it away from heat and strong airflow. If it gets wet, let it dry fully before you put it away.

Over the ears, open at the face.

Both ears go fully inside the hood. The opening at the front leaves your dog's face, eyes and muzzle completely free: never pull the hood over their nose, mouth or eyes. The design differs a little from colour to colour, and the Extra Thick colours have thicker fabric.

Can my dog wear it alone or overnight?
