How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog and compare the measurements with the guide on the product page. Breed alone is not a size guide. Contact us with the product name and your measurements if you need help.

How does the Anniversary Sale work?

The highest eligible automatic order discount applies: 15% from $100, 20% from $200 or 25% from $300 USD. Tiers do not stack or combine with other discount codes. Shipping and taxes do not count towards the minimum. Your final total is shown at checkout.

When is standard shipping free?

Standard shipping is free from $75 USD after discounts to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and the Netherlands. Below that threshold, standard shipping is $5.95 USD.

Can I choose sizes in a set?

Yes. Choose a size or colour for each item before adding a set. Each item appears separately in your cart so you can check every choice.
